It is as if most human beings are configured to be automatically  afraid whenever there are challenges. This auto-panic device makes even some Holy Spirit filled Christians to cry out, complain and wish for a return to their former ways of life when they go through a test.  In fact, when this auto-panic device is activated, it automatically uninstalls any faith application. Therefore, at this stage, anxiety, fear, worry, hopelessness, dejection etc. begin to control such a person.

The people of Israel had this application installed in their system. This made it difficult for them to trust God no matter the number of assurances given to them. So, even when God was working out a miracle for them, their natural response was to question Moses, "Why did you bring us out of Egypt?...It was far better for us to be the slaves of the Egyptians than to die in the desert."

Beloved, if you are saved, faith should be your natural response to the things you face in life. I don't know that which is causing you to panic. I don't know why you want to give up on God. I don't know the things you fear most which are pursuing you. No matter what they are, I want to encourage you with the words of Moses, "Fear not! Stand your ground, and you will see the victory the Lord will win for you today. These Egyptians whom you see today you will never see them again. The Lord Himself will fight for you; you only have to keep still." Delete any auto-panic device installed in your system and allow God to install the faith application in you today.

This is what a guy wrote to a Systems Analyst -
(Marriage Software Div);

Dear Systems Analyst,

I am desperate for some help! I recently upgraded my program from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 and found that the new program began unexpected Child Processing and also took up a lot of space and valuable resources.

This wasn't mentioned in the product brochure. In addition Wife 1.0 installs itself into all other programs and launches during systems initialization and then it monitors all other system activities.

Applications such as "Boys' Night out 2.5" and "Golf 5.3" no longer run, and crashes the system whenever selected. Attempting to operate selected "Soccer 6.3" always fails and "Shopping 7.1" runs instead. I cannot seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background whilst attempting to run any of my favorite applications. Be it online or offline.

I am thinking of going back to "Girlfriend 7.0", but uninstall doesn't work on this program. Can you please help?

.... The Systems Analyst replied:

Dear Customer,

This is a very common problem resulting from a basic misunderstanding of the functions of the Wife 1.0 program. Many customers upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 thinking that Wife 1.0 is merely a UTILITY AND ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM. Actually, Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM designed by its Creator to run everything on your current platform.

You are unlikely to be able to purge Wife 1.0 and still convert back to Girlfriend 7.0, as Wife 1.0 was not designed to do this and it is impossible to uninstall, delete or purge the program files from the System once it is installed.

Some people have tried to install Girlfriend 8.0 or Wife 2.0 but have ended up with even more problems. (See manual under Alimony/Child Support and Solicitors' Fees).

Having Wife 1.0 installed, I recommend you keep it Installed and deal with the difficulties as best as you can. When any faults or problems occur, whatever you think has caused them, you must run the.........

C:\ APOLOGIZE\ FORGIVE ME.EXE Program and avoid attempting to use the *Esc-Key for it will freeze the entire system.

It may be necessary to run C:\ APOLOGIZE\ FORGIVE ME.EXE a number of times, and eventually hope that the operating system will return to normal.

Wife 1.0, although a very high maintenance programme, can be very rewarding.

To get the most out of it, consider buying additional Software such as "Flowers 2.0" and "Chocolates 5.0" or "HUGS\ KISSES 6.00.0" or "TENDERNESS\ UNDERSTANDING 1.000.0" or even Eating Out Without the Kids 7.2.1" (if Child processing has already started).

DO NOT under any circumstances install "Secretary 2.1" (Short Skirt Version) or "One Night 3.2" (Any Mood Version), as this is not a supported Application for Wife 1.0 and the system will almost certainly CRASH.

Praise the Lord, my soul!
O Lord, my God, how great you are!

Don't get terrified over the medical report you are holding, the person you are owing, the examination you are preparing for, the journey you are to embark on, the terrifying dream you had last night, because God is still God and Satan has not and cannot take over from God and his holy angels. Rise with high hopes and welcome God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to take over now because the battle is theirs and heaven is your destination. May heaven fill and influence your day. Amen

There is hope for a tree that has been cut down; it can come back to life and sprout. Even though its roots grow old, and its stump dies in the ground, with water it will sprout like a young plant. (Job14:7-9).

Take heart, the Lord of Hosts is still able, the mighty God of wonders is still at work, the rock of ages is gracious and Jehovah Jire is still providing our needs according to his riches in glory in heaven. May our seemingly hopeless situations be transformed by the  Lord himself who is the reason for our existence and may our enemies recount our testimonies and glorify God.

Remember God knew very well that he can cater for you that is the reason he created you. God is not ashamed of you that is why he created you to resemble he himself and allows angels to guard and guide you always. So trust God in all situations of your life, thank him for what he has given you and for what he has not given you.

The moment you agree to date a married man,

and your number is saved on his phone as generator mechanic
or refuse disposer.

There is nothing we go through that God does not know. He sees, He feels, He hears and He knows. God knows all the challenges, difficulties and problems His children go through. He is not unconcerned. He is not indecisive about your situation. In fact, God has made a decision to deliver you and He will do it!

When the people of Israel were in captivity, it looked as if the Lord had abandoned them. They were in need of deliverance but that looked like an impossibility. There was no way they as a people could fight against Pharaoh and his army but when God intervened, the whole game changed. God told Moses to tell the Israelites that, "I am concerned about you and about the way you are being treated in Egypt; so I have decided to lead you up out of the misery of Egypt into the land of the  Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, a land flowing with milk and honey."

Beloved, the Lord is concerned about your situation. He has therefore decided to intervene. He has taken over the fight so be assured that you are already victorious. The Lord will force the enemy to give up. He says "I will stretch out my hand, therefore, and smite Egypt by doing all kinds of wondrous deeds there. After that he will send you away." It's just a matter of time!

Drama this Morning:  My wife and I were having a serious quarrel when I said to her, "Pack your things and ...." At that moment her phone rang, so I had to stop for her to receive the call. It was her dad. The phone was on speaker so I could hear what he was saying. After the usual pleasantries between father and daughter, he said: "my daughter, I have transferred $1,000,000 into your account, give your husband $500,000 out of it, and you can have the other half." Am sending one of the parked cars to u and ur husband for family use. After the good-byes, the call ended, and she turned to me, "You said I should pack my things and do what?" "I SAID PACK YOUR THINGS AND GIVE THEM TO ME TO WASH. I will iron them when light comes back."

One of the most painful things in this world is when people you helped in the past later decide to work against you. So many people have vowed never to do anything to help others again because of the ungratefulness of some people they once helped. Our world is really full of people with selective short memory. They only remember the bad you once did against them but quickly forget the good you did for them.

Joseph was a man God used to save the Egyptians and in fact the whole world. It was because of him that his family members moved into Egypt during the season of famine. "Now Joseph and all his brothers and that generation died. But the Israelites were fruitful and prolific... Then a new king, who knew nothing of Joseph, came to power in Egypt." Because he felt threatened by the success of the Israelites,  he set taskmasters "over the Israelites to oppress them with forced labour."

Beloved, maybe you helped build something. Maybe it's because of your sweat that your company has come this far. Maybe you helped build a ministry. Maybe you have sacrificed a lot towards the survival and success of something but now there is a new boss or somebody else is in charge and now wants to frustrate you. Don't get bitter. Don't withdraw. Don't give up. In fact, the more the Israelites "were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread." Be assured that the Lord remembers your labour of love and it will never be in vain. Continue to be your good self. Even if all men forget about your good deeds, the Lord will remember and bless generations after you. He is faithful!

I pray that you may prosper, more so in your soul, in the name of Jesus Christ. May Jehova Jire  provide all your needs according to his riches in glory. May he who saved the Israelites from the tyranny of the Egyptian king rescue you completely. May he who is all-knowing and source of all knowledge and wisdom give you the needed grace this day and help you understand the dream you just woke up from. May your enemies look as foolish as a fowl that is pecking a closed bottle that contains corn. May your enemies pursue but never catch up with you. May they be confronted by a roaring red Sea. May your going out and your coming in be directed and protected by the Holy Lord of Host. May you who seek the Lord see the conversion of your enemies and the destruction of all evil in your life. In fufu making, we basically use two crops- CASSAVA AND PLANTAIN!
In marriage making, it involves two people- MAN AND WOMAN!

Two different people are being put together to live as one.
The cassava comes from the GROUND; the plantain comes from ABOVE!

Two different people with different backgrounds are to live together as one.
The cassava is always dirty but the plantain always enjoys the washing by rain water and the direct brightness of the sun.
Don't expect your spouse to be like you! Your stories are different!

The flesh of cassava is WHITE but the plantain's is YELLOWISH in color.
What you carry in your spirit will never be the same as that in your spouse. Your temper, intelligence, knowledge, etc  are different from your spouse's.

It is at the correct mixing of the cassava and plantain that fufu's real color appears.
What your wife has in her is ENOUGH to build a happy marriage and home! What your husband has in him is ENOUGH to build a happy marriage and home!

In fufu making, from where I come from, more cassava is used than plantain!
So it is in marriage. One must be ready to give more than the spouse! You are not of equal strengths in different aspects! But cassava doesn't complain when much of it is being used! All it desires is a palatable fufu to be produced! Stop thinking your spouse is cheating you! When you pay the bills, don't feel you are being cheated! When you have the strength more than your spouse, freely bring it to bare!

In fufu making, both the cassava and the plantain go through adverse conditions just to see a wonderful fufu prepared. They both are boiled and pounded with consistent pressure; yet they stay together in the mortar!

Marriage comes with its own challenges! No perfect marriage is yet to be produced on earth! No! Not one! You don't run when there is a challenge! When things turn bad, you still remain faithful! The mountain and valley encounters will produce character and patience that will now make your marriage 'krab3hw3'!

Be patient and work the marriage! Decide to become a forgiving machine! If you find fault, remember that you
you are human and forgive! Make your marriage work! Good day and hope from now on you will walk with it. Please share it with other's even if you or they are not married, it might be a blessing to someone.

God has equipped each one of us with specific gifts and talents. It’s up to each of us to identify those gifts and be disciplined enough to develop them. You have to learn to stay in your strength zone. What are you naturally good at? What do you enjoy doing? Take the time to identify your strengths and weaknesses, and as the Scripture says, give yourself to your gifts. In other words, don’t spend all your time trying to improve your weaknesses. Don’t waste valuable days pursuing things that are outside your main gifting. Focus on your strengths.

Be bold and step out in the area of your gifting. Are you good with people? Are you good with your hands? Do you have a great voice? Find ways to develop those gifts. Know that your gifts and talents are a part of your divine destiny. If you’ll be comfortable with who God made you to be and thank Him for your unique gifting, you’ll not only enjoy your life more, but you’ll be ready to receive the abundant blessing God has in store for you!

A wealthy man had only one daughter.

When the daughter was of marriage age, the father sent news around town that all the eligible young men should come to compete in a test which would determine who was fit to marry his daughter.

On the set day, all able-bodied young men came out. Some came with paper and pen and others with cutlasses and swords.

The rich man took them to his swimming pool and addressed them:“Any of you who can swim from one end of this swimming pool to the other would marry my daughter. In addition, I‘ll give him 15 million Ghana Cedis, a car and a house so they can start life well. I shall be waiting to meet my son-in-law at the other side. Good luck!”

As the young men, all very excited at the prospect of winning, started taking off their shirts, a helicopter came over the pool and dropped snakes and crocodiles into the pool. Immediately, all the men turned back and started wearing their shirts. Disappointed, some of them said, ''That's crazy, no one will."

All of a sudden,they heard a splash in the pool & everybody watched in amazement as one gentleman struggled his way across, avoiding the snakes and crocodiles. Finally, he made it to the other side. The rich man could not believe it. He asked the young man to name anything he wanted but the man was panting uncontrollably. When finally, he got himself together, he made a request saying, ''SHOW ME THE PERSON WHO PUSHED ME INTO THIS POOL!''

MORAL LESSON:

1. You may not know what you are capable of doing until you are PUSHED!!.

2. Sometimes it takes going through bad moments to bring out the BEST in us.

3. Trials are raw materials for Triumphant Testimonies...

4. Push might take various dimensions: some people needed to be sacked before realizing their potentials and reaching their goals in life.

5. The more adversaries work to prevent you from reaching your destiny, the more they drive you close to it.

When we despise dominion and speak evil of dignities we break the divine pattern and bring a tide of curse upon ourselves and those under our care. As those under our authority behold how we treat those in authority over us, they will become fuelled by the same spirit and start to treat us in a similar manner. Once this spirit enters into a community, that community will burst apart at some point fracturing along personality lines.
